Our Story
Our Story
Our Mission Edvantage Point Partners bridges the gap between scientific research and the real-world needs of learners, families, and educators. Our founder, Tracey Garner, is a Licensed School Psychologist with extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. She established this practice after recognizing a critical gap in care: too many individuals were receiving diagnostic labels without getting the practical answers and support they deserved.
This mission became deeply personal when Tracey’s late husband was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Suddenly faced with unexpected educational decisions for her own children, she found herself overwhelmed by the reality of the crisis—despite her professional training in grief and loss. This profound personal experience fueled her passion for helping others navigate major life transitions, developmental challenges, and learning concerns. Today, every evaluation we conduct, every brain map we create, and every neurofeedback session we deliver is guided by a single question: how can we best serve this individual, at this moment in their life?

Our Values
What We Believe
Every Brain is Unique
We reject one-size-fits-all approaches. Every assessment, every protocol, every recommendation is tailored to the individual in front of us. Every client is more than a label.
Science Meets Compassion
Rigorous, evidence-based methods delivered with genuine warmth and care. You deserve both — and we refuse to compromise on either.
Families Are Partners
We don't just work for families — we work with them. Transparent communication, plain-language explanations, and collaborative goal-setting are at the heart of everything we do.
Lifelong Learning
We serve learners from early childhood through adulthood because growth and change are possible at every stage of life.
Our Approach
At Edvantage Point Partners, we take a whole-person, brain-based approach to assessment and intervention. We don't just look at test scores — we look at the whole picture: developmental history, learning environment, emotional wellbeing, and neurological functioning. This integrated perspective allows us to provide recommendations that are not only accurate, but truly actionable.
